Every Hootz Bracelet is made with quality and care. For best measurement practices, use a soft measuring tape around the part of your wrist where you want your bracelet to sit. Some like a looser or tighter fit. The size you see in inches is the size we use, as you will see on our product pages. You can also download and print out our Hootz paper ruler HERE.

If any of our jewelry should break within 14 days, please mail it back to us (shipping not included) and we will repair it for free and mail it back to you free of charge. Repairs after 14 days will also be responsible for return shipping. If you should like a new finisher piece (the sparkle or Hootz), we can replace that with any repair for an additional $5.
